To help us on our mission, we are looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Global Operations Manager.
As a Global Operations Manager at AnyDesk you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the commercial team to ensure efficient and effective business processes. This role involves managing Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience operations, driving process improvements, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic business goals.

• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience and Business Systems teams
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead initiatives to automate and optimize workflows, reducing manual efforts and errors
• Build and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure operational transparency and scalability
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
• Present insights and recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making
