As a Senior Expert Global Compensation, you will serve as a key partner to the Senior Vice President Corporate HR. Your role involves direct collaboration with the SVP Corporate HR on HR matters for Top Executives, focusing on areas such as contracting, KPI management, target setting, bonus payout calculation, and system maintenance.
You will lead the design and implementation of high-impact incentive programs for senior leadership to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Additionally, you will work strategically with the Corporate Compensation team to support annual bonus reviews for Top Executives.
Your strong written and analytical skills, along with your in-depth market knowledge, will guide HR colleagues and the SVP Corporate HR on best practices in Top Executive Reward programs. Fluency in German is required.

- Partner with Top Executives to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages, including bonus structures aligned with business goals.
